Bottle from the lcbo online. Hazy yellow pour, with a large white head. Soft fruity malts, lots of lactic tartness, some horse blanket, and lambic style funk. Apricot is sublte, but there, and mingles wkth some sweet apricot jelly, light citrus and light vinegar. Finish is crisp, but extremely sour, apricot wanes as the beer warm and it turns unbelievably sour, and vinegar like. I chilled it a bit more and the sourness subsided, and the apricot and stone fruit came back.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Lightly hazed gold with minimal white head. Dry, a little bit bracing, apricot underlay, a bit flat.

2017 vintage. 750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a tiny head. Aroma has plenty of acidity, still lots of apricots, and a hint of funk. Flavour is highly acidic, with a bunch of juicy apricots, not much funk left. Too acidic and the carbonation is now flat; the fruit character is still decent, but there's not much good to speak of here.

Bottle split at the optimal climatic conditions tasting, Hazlemere, picked up in Eire 11/08/21. Moderately clouded over orange with an off white crown. Nose is tarte apricot, bretted pangs, light wood must, funk, citric zip. Taste comprises more sharp apricot notes, funk, damp hay, lemon rind, acidic bite, barnyard esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced acidic throat scrape at the curtain call. Decent.

Bottle shared in HW - cheers to Cloin. Pours unclear yellow-gold with a small, creamy white head. Lightly sweet, bracingly acidic, lots of lemon squash, salt. Medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Sharp finish, quenching, more bracing lemony acidity. Not bad.

Tasting at Chez Cloin. Thanks to Cloin. Light haze on this gold beer, tiny white head. Light dry palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts. Very tart lemon and apricot. Acetic bite on the back end. Little too aggressive for me.
