Assemblage de deux Gaspésienne (Robust Porter), l'une vieillie un an en barriques de Whisky, l'autre 3 mois en barriques de vin rouge. Le tout est assemblé avec un Porter Impérial puis des cerises griottes y séjournent pendant 2 mois.

2nd day of BXL fest. Black with tan head. Sweet roasted malts, cooked cherries, cinnamon. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation. Creamy and lovely.

0,15l taster at BXLBeerfest. black color, small coffee colored head. smells lightly of cherries, vanilla, coconut, spices, light cinnamon, very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of cherries, spices, marzipan, earthy, cinnamon, peppery, light coconut. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of of cherries, marzipan and earthy notes. very nice one. 8, 4, 8, 4, 16

Black body, with a small, creamy, dark beige head.
Aroma of cherries, cocoa, dark chocolate, some coffee.
Tastes similar, with a bit more chocolate.
Medium, creamy mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes smooth, with lots of chocolate, cocoa, cherries, slight coffee.
Tasty. Works really great, with the cherries and the chocolate harmonising very well. Drinks smooth and balanced. Beautiful, unique stuff.

Dark brown color. Aroma of cherry chocolate. Mild sourness, that blends well with the cherry character, the mild chocolate, and light residual sweetness.

Bottle - Graham cracker, dark chocolate and dark cherry. Deep brown with a small beige head. Sour, Graham cracker, dark chocolate and some light sour cherry. Nice.

750ml bottle at Brian’s office. Very dark brown, dark beige head. Aroms is cherries and chocolate. Taste is sour with cherries notes. Interesting, but it is not a porter.

750mL bottle, pours a deep dark brown with a large tan head. Aroma brings out decadent sweet cherries, some toasted malt, and light wild character - the cherries shine bright. Flavour is loaded with tart cherries, some earthy and toasted malt, and hint of wildness. Very unusual concoction, but it works very well. Very good.
