Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di speziato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza trasparente. Poche bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. La carbonazione è praticamente piatta. Il colore è ramato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è deciso. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il finale è amarognolo e un po' ruvido. Sulla lingua si fermano sentori di caramello, miele, cereali, tostato, resina, erba e frutta secca.

Keg at the Ale Stone, Aylestone. Orange/brown, cloudy with a ring of white head. Light bready aroma with cinnamon and touches of citrus and tropical fruit: some tangerine, some guava paste. Sweet taste with a surfeit of caramel malt. There's some serious bitterness on the latter half of the sip. Sarsaparilla and toffee on the aftertaste. Heavily carbonated. A decent interpretation of a tough style.

Draught at Il Locale - Italian Craft Beer. Amber coloured body. Filmy layer at the top, spotty lacing. Mild aromas of brown malty, semi-dry. Taste of bread, fruity caramel and herbal hops followed by a mid-dry, bittersweet tail. Medium bodied. Drinks quite well. (Copenhagen 10.05.2017).

Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, nutty, caramel, dusty, moderate hoppy, grass - dusty grass. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, caramel, nutty, dusty grass, medium dry.
