A quartet of hops are joined by hand grafted lemon juice and zest. The result is a flavour melee of sweet and sharp citrus flavours, which are given an extra twang with the peppery flavours of our traditional farmhouse Saison yeast. Contains lactose.

[ As Wiper and True Lemon Sour ].Unclear - hazy mat medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate lemon, citrus, light to moderate yeasty, tart lemon, zesty notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, zesty, yeasty, lemon, citric. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150803] 6-3-7-3-13

Shared 330 ml bottle, batch #1, at local tasting, as Wiper and True Saison Lemon Sour. ABV is 4%. Slightly hazy pale yellow colour, moderate white head. Nice aroma of lemons, with a somewhat less pleasant hint of vomit in the background. Dry flavour, light bodied. Notes of lemons, and not much else. Refreshing though.

Almost clear paleish gold beer, decent white head. Palate is light, semi dry and mildly crisp. Light lemon with touches of orange peel and orange pith. Light finish. Really not that sour, but okay citrus.

330ml bottle from beer hive. Pours pale yellow gold, light haze, thin white head. Aromas of sherbet, lemon peel. Taste is cooked lemon, light sour. Chalky texture, paracetamol notes. Cooked lemon finish. Expected something more zingy.
