Moodscape is our light and spritzy take on the classic Berliner Weisse which is considered the “Champagne of the North” in Germany. We made tropical fruits the stars of this beer which evoke memories of sipping mimosas by the pool. The Pineapple and Passionfruit flavours give short bursts of tangy sourness, balanced by soft characteristics of wheat before rounding off with some salinity to finish. Crisp, juicy and at just 3.2% Moodscape makes the perfect summer thirst quencher this year!

ABV: 3.2%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sour, fruity, citrus, pineapple, grapes, passion fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, fruity, citrus, passion fruit, pineapple, grapes. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20220807]
