A funky, earthy mixed fermentation lager brewed with a wheat heavy malt base. Primary fermented with a lager yeast strain then aged in stainless for 4 months and in bottle for another 2 months. The funk and light must feature on the initial nose, with the finish on the first sip being short, crisp and dry.
