From tap at Borefts 2017. Aroma is flowery and herbal with a wheaty touch and some citrussy notes. Flavour is mildly tart and light sweet with a moderately dry finish. Body is medium. Decent floral-heavy Saison.

Keg at Borefts Day 1 22/09/2017. A hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is floral notes, wood, apple, straw, plae grains. Flavour is composed of lime zesty, saison yeast, straw, floral lemon, liquorice. Palate is crisp , light grains, highish carbonation. Decent.

Tao @ Borefts 2017. Pale blonde. Salt, floral notes and a hint of chloride in the aroma. Citrus and soft spicy, floral notes in the flavor.

Borefts IX. Day 1. Keg. Light haze on this paleish yellow gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and fairly dry and finely crisp. Thin malts, sweetish. Tangy fruits and herb. Generic fruity finish. Not bad.

[ As Galway Bay Saison Phi ].Unclear matt medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate hoppy, flowers, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, herbs, floral, roses, chamomille, fennel. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, flower - rose bitter, floral, herbs, saison yeast - fennel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Draught at ATG. Lemon orange with a medium head. Aroma is a little spiced yeast. Flavour is lemon zest, yeast and wheat. Spiced citrus finish.
