Draught @ Beer Ditch, Nobelvägen 24,, Malmö, Sweden 214 27. [ As Brew By Numbers 01/23 Saison - Citra & Mosaic ].Unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, light moderate yeasty, witbier - saison yeast, peach, fruity - yeast, spicy. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average to long duration, tropical fruit, peach, fruity yeast, saison yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Growler share @ Malt Attacks. Dorée pâle sur léger trouble, col blanc. Arôme est superbement parfumé, fleuri avec petite touche de pin dont on oublie rapidement la côté malté qui est en aide au houblon. Cependant, je note une certaine touche de résineux qui persiste en rétro-nasal et apporte une touche supplémentaire de complexité. Palais est sec, grains malt pâle et pils, superbe présence des houblons qui offrent une très belle longueur et légèreté de bouche. Pas mal d’agrumes, fruits tropicaux et, ici aussi, une belle présence de résineux qui se veut tout de même discret.

Draft @ Bishops Arms Savoy, Malmö. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity spicy yeasty citrus bitter aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty citrus hoppy bitter flavor. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy bitter yeasty finish.

Keg @ Tilt. Pours hazy pale gold, white head. Aroma is citrus lemon saison zest. Taste continues with mosaic fruits and pithy citric notes dominating above a lightly spicy saison yeast body. Lovely.

BD 57 261116. Golden-yellow color with a white head. Aroma is yeast, orange, fruit. Flavor is yeast, oranges, fruit, hop, grapefruit, citrus. Easy drinkable OK beer.

Keg at the hanging bat. Pours hazy golden, nose is spiced, orange, banana, taste is dry, zesty, sweet.

Keg at The Hanging Bat. Hazy pale golden body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of grapefruit, minerals and bitter lemon. Flavour of white grape, steel and lime pith. Medium body with a smooth texture. Light fizz. Restrained and easy drinking.

On keg at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - light golden with a decent head. Nose - guava and ripe melon. Iron tablet note. Taste - more of the same really. Tropical fruit wit a linger of metal. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - all in all nice beer, if a bit unusual.

Keg at the brewery. Hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth malts, mildly sweet. Some bitterish herb. Nice Mosaic hop fruits - blueberry led tropical fruits. Dry orange and lemon pith. A touch of fresher orange and lesser orange peel. Light finish. Decent.
