33 cl. bottle @ home, gift from Marijn. Dark brown with a beige head. Roasted malts and some caramel in the aroma. Sweet earthy taste. Good solid porter.

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Vulkan Bräu Porter ].Clear dark red brown colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, sweet malt, moderate sweet roasted, light cheap chocolate. Initial flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter, finish flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet roasted, sweet malt, sugary, roasted - malt bitter, light burnt. Röstig süßer, mild bitterer Antrunk. Süß röstig bleibend, trocken werdend. Süffig, zum Ende könnte das Bier malziger sein, hier für mich etwas zu trocken. Gelungen. 11/10/11/11//11
