Re-rate from bottle. Good fruity and leafy aromatics. pretty golden clouds with fine bubbles and a lacing head. Good balance of yeasty fruits, hop bitterness and aromatics, chewy body. Wellcrafted and nice, I am very happy I had the opportunity to try it again. old rating: 6 3 5 2 11 Bottle. Light fruity yeast aroma. Cloudy pale yellow, low white head. Light minerally and fruity. Light to medium body, mellow mouthfeel. A bit boring.

Bottle, 4.9%. Yeasty aroma, hint of aroma hops. Hazy golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is very yeasty. Not in the Belgian way, but like fresh bread and giving a good mouthfeel.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big foamy white head. Slightly dusty, light-sweet malty nose with notes of sour dough and herbal hops. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, crispy mf. Slightly strawy malty taste with moderate herbal hops; dry, slightly bitter finish with herbal spice. Okay (07.05.08).

On draught (Zum Gutmann, Eichstätt): Golden coloured, mid-sized, slowly collapsing white foam; sweet grainy nose with a tinge of vanilla; sweet flavour, only a very light bitterness, light to medium bodied, a bit sticky; sweet grainy finish. A very barley-accented brew, drinkable, but monotonous...........
