Draught, Alibi Room. Very cloudy. Thin head. Big, bright aroma with assertive papaya, grapefruit and gooseberry hop aromas. Modest bitterness, has a nice malt kiss, actually, and then finishes with softer, tropical hop notes. Pretty good.

On tap at Alibi with Brian. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is tropical fruits and piney hops. Taste is slightly sweet with the same character + some grassy notes. Piney bitterness aftertaste. Excellent.

Murky orange-blond. Ok, big mistake, I had this after the bolder Ferocious… A bit chalky, not very juicy, citrus peel dominates, quite robust, with mild residual sweetness.
Not bad.

Murky orange colour. Some citrus aroma, zesty. But the mouthfeel is very astringent, bitter orange peel, pithy finish, strong bitterness, fruity but not as juicy as a NE IPA is expected to be.
Meh.

More fruity than dank, a bit too chalky.

2016-07-25, draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver; 7% ABV, 7-4-7-4-15=37
Hazy golden color, compact head. Nice citrusy and piney hops, mostly piney, with good malt flavor, bready malts, a bit chewy, and in the final the hops are a bit dank too.
The aroma is more convincing than the flavor, mostly because of the chewiness.
Rough, but it's a good hop juice.

On tap at 12 Kings, pours a hazy copper with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out piney hops, some buttery qualities (though not diacetyl), and biscuity malt. Flavour is fairly robust on the piney and resinous hops, with almost no residual bitterness and only a thin malt backbone. Creamy palate that makes it very easy-drinking. Very nice stuff.
