At the source: poura hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is wheaty, spicy, lightly fruity. Taste is lightly sweet. Very little hoppiness. Easy to drink. Solid.

Tap at Ebenezer Kezar’s, Lovell. Originally rated 20160219. Colour is cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, itrus, wheat, spices, Belgian yeast, hops and malts.

LSAT Freedom Trip #109. Keg at the brewpub. Hazy pale straw, large frothy white head, good retention. Aroma of wheat, orange, mild pepper. The taste is tart citrus, wheat, spice, pepper. Medium bodied, low carbonation, mild lingering spice.

On tap at the source, Comes to the table a light straw color with a dense bubbly white head. Aromas of grain and cereal with hints of light sugar and spices. Flavor follows the aroma quite well. Light to medium body with a moderate level of carbonation. Light flavorful easy drinking brew.
