Named for the traditional Czech term for dark lager, this beer was formerly known as Tmave. Now going by Bohemian Dark, this one is brewed with Bohemian floor-malted barley and Czech Saaz hops. This rare lager style has a lovely mouthfeel and flavor derived from the malt. An excellent food-pairing beer.
