Angelica is designed to be a one-of-a-kind hazy showcase for the magnificent Mosaic hop, bringing forth strong citrus flavors. What really stands out about this beer is the pillowy mouthfeel the wheat malt brings out. The color, haze, and taste are as if you’re drinking a freshly squeezed glass of orange juice with a full mouthfeel. Angelica is clean, refreshing, and a true piece of art.

Part of a dinner in SD for a friend's 50th. This one missed the mark for me and am curious if some poor handling made it a bit off.

Super hazy golden and pure straw yellow coloured body with an amazingly rich and micro-bubbled pure white head, about three to five centimetres tall. Aroma of grass, citrus, grapefruit, resin, pine and a smooth and mildish wheat and grain note, all with some light sugars and a dose of hay. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong grassy and citrus flavours dominate with a ton of bitterness from the hops, all with a softer sweetness from the fruits and a dry herbal and grainy finish with a dose of wheat, yeast and coriander seed. Aftertaste is dry, very dank and hoppy with a nice crisp and citrus profile with a tiny amount of hay, flowers and resin to couple with the noticeable hop bitterness at the very end of flowers and citrus. Overall, a very nice and incredibly drinkable beer that shows a good hop profile but doesn't hit in the bitterness too much. Great to sample and well worth it in the summertime! I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Whole Foods in New York, New York (TriBeCa) on 13-August-2018 for US$2,99 sampled at home on the Eastern Shore of Virginia in Pungoteague, Virginia on 18-May-2019.

Can. Pale golden body with a frothy, loosely bubbled white head. Aroma of bread, chemicals, toasted grain, lemon. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Slight onion taste in the finish is off-putting.

Can. Hazy light gold with a thin white head. Light lemony aroma. Lightly tart flavor, fruity. Ok, but not much going on here.
