On cask at the brewery Nov 2016. Pours clear amber with a white head. Trad amber ale with hedgerow fruits, sweet malts, caramel, earthy hops. Medium body, soft carb & a dry finish.

3/8/2019. Bottle at the Wrocław Grand Prix bottle share, from Towcester Mill Brewery Shop. Pours clear bright golden amber with a medium sized white head. Aroma of grain, malt, butter, hops and fruit. Medium plus sweetness, light to moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Light bitterness to finish.

Bottle courtesy of Grumbo. Thanks. Clear amber with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, old malt and toffee. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 210219

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, grass, bread, grain and hops. Sweet malty and light bitter finish.

Cask gravity at the Bailiffs Tap, Banbury, Oxon, Sunday 5th March 2017 Pours dark amber with a sprinkling of bubbles. Very traditional in taste a fruity and nutty beer with light bitterness, dry finish. Not a bad beer at all. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1
