Bottle 50 cl. Brewed and bottled in Austria. Pours a clear, pale orangey brown with a smallish, off-white head. Very litle aroma, some vague nuts - a little buttery? Thinnish body, subtle roast, dry, vague nut accents and a bitter finish. Not much of a Brown Ale. Made with nut extracts and aroma. 100320

500 ml bottle, from NETTO Hjørring. ABV is 5.2%. Clear reddish brown colour, large off-white head. Distinct aroma of walnuts, also notes of malts and mild spices. Walnuts and malts in the medium dry flavour too, moderate bittering hops.

Thanks to Steffi for bringing this from Denmark. Smooth malty dark beginning. Easy to drink with a fruity herbal earthy back. Earthy deep and dark. Interesting.

50cl bottle. A clear orange brown beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of brown malt, some chocolate, sweet grainy malt. Taste of sweet grainy malt, straw, sweet caramelized malt. Too grainy imho.

Bottel. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average modrate bitter finish. Oily palate.

0,5 flaske fra Netto Nørrebro, på hytta: klar brunrød rav med kort skum. Valnøtter er behagelig til stede både i aroma og smak, sammen med karamellkjeks og urter. Behagelig bitterhet i avslutningen.

bottle from menu as økologisk valnødde bryg. clear brown, smooth vanilla-ice colored head. aroma is nutty bitter, malty sweet, mineral water. flavor is nicely sweet nutty and sweet malty, faint sweet walnut taste, not much walnut bitterness, very well done, i like the flavor. good balance.

50 cl bottle. Pours hazy deep amber with a small tqn head. Aroma is toasted malty. Herbal. Toasted malty and slight caramelish. Sweet and toasted malty. Dry, bitter and caramelish finish.
