Bottle: Poured a hazy amber color ale with a nice large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of caramelized malt and toffee is very enjoyable with nice notes of oak and bourbon also noticeable. Taste is a great mix of caramelized malt with some toffee notes, some residual sugar notes with nice notes of wood and bourbon. Body is full with good carbonation and some notes of alcohol that are apparent. Super well balanced with great complexity and drinkability.
