Cask (gravity) @ 33th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2016, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Hackney / Uprising Best of Both Worlds ].Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity malt, caramel, tropical fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, fruity hops, pale malt, tropical fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20161129] 6-3-6-3-13

Pigs Ear Fest. Cask. Clear gold beer, tidy white head. Palate is light and dry with modest carbonation.Thin but sweetish malts. Nice mango hops with a little orange peel and pine. Light hop spice. Light semi dry finish. Pretty drinkable - good.

Cask at Pigs Ear ’16, 29/11/16. Golden amber with a decent off white head. Nose is juicy hops, light pine, melon, orange pith. Taste comprises cantaloupe melon, caramel, tangerine, orange peel, light mineral notes. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a juicy hop rinse. Decent hoppy cask affair.

Cask gravity at the pigs ear beer fest 2016. A clear golden amber coloured pour with a small loose white head. Aroma is resinous piney hop, nutty malts, hint of caramel, tangerine. Flavour is composed of semi sweet tangy tangerine, orange peel dirty resinous hop, dirty pine. Palate is semi sweet, grainy, decent cask condition. Like it.

Cask gravity at Pigs Ear Festival 2016. Clear old gold lasting white head. Yes an ok hoppy golden ale. Not that keen on the aroma. Some caramel. Hops not that special. Ok if dull on the exciting stakes.
