Cask at Peterborough Beer Festival 2019. Pours hazed orange golden with a white head. Aroma: grain, malt, bread fruity hints. Taste: moderate sweet & bitter grains, fruity, herbal hints. Medium body with light carbonation. Just OK

Cask at the Saints Maritime Beer & Cider Festival, Ipswich. Pours dark gold with a small white head. Aroma of grain, malt, yeast, bread and fruit. Quite heavy sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, sticky texture, soft to flat carbonation.

Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2015 [ The 40th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 8th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As Draycott California Steam Beer ].Unclear medium orange - amber yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, pale malt, fruity, light herbal. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20151008] 6-2-6-3-12
