This brew is a beautiful clear amber brown with thick light beige foam that left minimal lacing behind. Big malty aroma with fruity notes on a medium to full body. The flavor delivers more of the same but adds some notes of pine to the caramel malts.
Really smooth stuff.

Tap. Pours clear deep reddish orange, medium beige head, awesome lacing. Aroma is malty pine and grapefruit. Flavor is light plus sweet, medium bitter, hint of black tea. Medium body, soft mouthfeel. Could do without the tea note; otherwise a pretty classic red ipa.

Exactly what you want in an American red: deep veins of toast and caramel, undertones of earth, pine, and toffee, with notes of grapefruit, orange, and tropical fruits. Finishes with a mineral-pine flourish and a lingering nutbread heft. Delicious.
