Belgian-style Abbey Single spiced with elderflowers. Related to the Oblate, monks would often brew and consume this beer as a table beer. With a slight indulgence, the beer has a stronger hop and elderflower presence. This golden-colored beer is crisp, spicy, and quenchable.

On tap at the brewery. Pours with a lightly hazed golden hued body with a lasting white head. Good retention. Aromas are floral, peppery, mild tartness, phenols, mild bready and grainy character. A touch herbal and grassy. Dry. Flavors are hoppy, medium bitterness, grassy, lightly phenolic. Dry with a light delicate malt character. Bitter balance, herbal floral and dry.
