Imperial Red IPA
A malt-forward IPA that doesn’t sacrifice an assertive hop character. The solid malt backbone, with notes of caramel and biscuit, balances the fruity and floral flavor and aroma properties of the Simcoe, Chinook, and Comet hops. Finishes with an aggressive, piney bitterness.
Note: ABV varied 8.5%-10%.

Basic, but very drinkable, mixing notes of caramel and grain with moderate grapefruit and orange, leading to a mild pine bitterness on the finish. Not flashy, but not bad.
