Jim Beam barrel-aged barley wine was blended with a selection of stouts aged in Heaven Hill barrels for over 2 years in a ratio of 25% barley wine to 75% imperial stout. The warming fig & chocolate flavors from our stout mingles with the rich caramel toffee notes of the barley wine while the barrels present the palate with a rich oak and bourbon aftertaste.

Bottle shared. Opaque black color, virtually no head. Aroma and flavor are malts, liquorice, soy sauce, booze, some roast, sweetish notes but also bitter in the finish. Solid but heavy. 8-7,5-7,5-8-7

375ml bottle @ Belgian Beer Geeks Autumn Gathering 2025. Pours black, dense tan head. Big heaven hill influence coming through well on the nose and to taste.. a good helping of chocolate, some leafy figs with a soft caramel presence. Doesn't mess about.

Bottle at BBGG. Black with tan head. Massive sugar, whisky, bourbon, earthy, sugar and spice. Solid sweet. Full bodied.

Clear dark brown to black beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very oxidized, a bit funky, nice roast, coffee notes, more roast, slightly smoky even. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet start, lots of caramel, sweet and sugary, alcohol, chocolate, bitter touch, lovely! Aftertaste: still pretty sweet and sugary, lots of alcohol, nice roast, funky, bourbon notes, some vanilla, lovely stuff!

375 ml silver waxed bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 13%. Pitch black colour, small brown head. Aroma of bourbon, oak and vanilla, caramel and molasses. Sweet flavour with the same elements, also notes of dried figs.

0.375 l bottles thanks to Fandich. Dark, oily. Aroma is chocolate, molasses, nutty, dark fruit. Flavour is sweet molasses, hints of barrel, very soft oily, alcohol hidden, finishes sweet.
