Blend of seven-year-old «Lindheim lambic» and six-year-old Moscatel barrel-aged wild double bock. After the long aging we woke up the wild yeasts again with an insane amount of organic black currants and our precious Schaarbeekse cherries. We then blended everything with some very potent Dolgo (crab apple) cider.

Bottle shared with JMD and JFE at JFE’s place 22.12.24. Dark ruby. Not much head. Complex aroma and taste of intense red cherries, leather, vanilla ans pina noir.

My own fun fact is that I have seen the sign at the brewery: maybe for sale in the future It did. Thanxxx. Solid stuff. Fine complexity and pleasant to drink. Balanced sourness and acidity. Loads of fruits and some apples in the back. [Bottle at Komlefjorden 24]

Small sample from bottle, at private Christmas beer tasting. Deep red colour. Aroma and flavour of brettanomyces, oak, sour crab apples, sour cherries and blackcurrants. An interesting contrast to the other winter / Christmas beers we had.

Bottle, 375ml. Clear ruby red beer with close to no head, just a few bubbles. Funky aroma with lots of berries. Cherry, but a tad blackcurrant too. Hints of dark beer and apple juice too. It’s full-bodied, tart and nicely carbonated, dry and lightly warming. Berries, funk and some beer and apple in the flavor. Some pale malt hints. Lasting berry driven finish. Nice indeed, refreshing too. 241130
