Cask at Temple Brew House. It pours . The nose is grapefruit, lemon-lime, floral and straw. The taste is bitter, grapefruit, lemon peel, lime, hop astringency, mineral/chalky edge and straw with a drying finish. Light-medium body and soft carbonation. Decent stuff.

Cask at Temple Brew House, 16/12/14. Lightly hazed golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is mineral tones, straw, pale malt, melon, citric peel, orange pith, light grapefruit. Taste comprises juicy hop notes, chalky minerals, light pine, bitter orange, tangerine. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close laced with earthy hop bitterness. Ok cask SIPA - not too shabby.
