Can from luekins. A very clear yellow beer. Taste is initially a little slaggy but its not distracting, this actually ads a touch of refreshment to the good level of co2. The nose does have the mild smell of gramma's old permanent hair treatment. Pretty good 1 inch foamy white head. Yea, was expecting something a little more hoppy and I'm glad its not, sticks closely to its blond style, thank you. Easy free spirited and well behaved. Should have saved this one to taste when the wifey is here, she may have found it to be quite acceptable for an unflavored brew. Has many of the qualities of a well behaved cheap pale lager, and I like that. An even keel civilized mannered gentleman, I mean girl. Not bad FF. Reminds me a bit of the original straub hay flavored lager.
