Pale yellow. Sweetish and musty with apple, egg white and a faint herbal note. Medium finish and body.

Tap at source. Very pale and slightly hazy. Has a somewhat volatile nose. Good cutting co2. Taste is easy and fun. Can barely detect anything that has to do with elderberry but its there. Not bad.
