Bottle shared at a tasting at Tom L’s place. Cloudy yellow. Lovely aroma, bretty, funky, with lots of citrus (clementine), some flowers. Great tart flavor, bretty, citric, a bit floral, with a light bitterish note. Medium-bodied. Great and refreshing.

Bottle @ Skovhaven took it. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Lots of citrus , orange fruit like and farmyard. Dry and crisp. Moderate sour. I say close to Foufoune in a lot of ways. Lovely funk. Dry finish.

Bottle from a trade. Hazy light yellow with a huge bubbly white head that dissipates very quickly. Lemons and oranges, earth and funk with light spice. Feels more like a wild saison than a witbier, but I enjoyed it.
