P- Light body, average texture, extremely high carbonation, astringent finish O- Was looking forward to this as I have enjoyed apple pie inspired sours that aren't smoothie form. This can felt stiff and boy was it overfilled and carbonated. After opening it gushed and I poured slowly, but despite that after sitting for 15 minutes this 16 oz can only provided about 3 oz of drinkable liquid of which was very off. Strong latex flavor and aroma. Dang it.
