Shiny pale gold from can. White lacing. Bitter pilz, light sweet malts. Ok enough.

7 week old pint can A: Slightly cloudy pale gold with a short but steady white head. S: Dry, bready and herbal scent with a hint of honey. T: A bit brash with sharp herbal hop bitterness, grassy and woody undertones. A faint tart fruity note ends the sip and lingers. M: Somewhat stiff carbonation, light body and lightly oily texture. O: Interesting flavors and a nice mouthfeel make it a good refreshing pils.

Can. A- Grassy, grains, faint citrus. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, white head. T- Hoppy, grassy, grains, minerals. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, bitter finish. O- This had quite the hop bite to it. Pretty crisp but definitely a bold pils. Not particularly a fan but I could see this having a cult following locally.
