This bold, barrel-aged Belgian-Style Quad, originally crafted in collaboration with "Homebrew Chef" Sean Paxton in 2009, returns for a second release. Aged for 12 months in Henry McKenna and Elijah Craig barrels, it brims with notes of dried fig, plum, apple pie spice, and a touch of vanilla—ideal for holiday pairings.

On tap at MBCC 2025, yellow session. Pours clear amber with a white head. Bready malts, caramel, dried dark berries on the nose. Flavour has tons of fantastic Belgian yeast, dark sugars, toffee, dark berries, bourbon, dry barrel finish. Excellent.

Draft at the brewery at the Firestone 14 Release Party. Nose is very quad-like: candi sugar, toffee, yeast and light bourbon. Hazy brown with a small beige head. flavor is lightly sweet, mapley toffee with a hint of black molasses and light bourbon. It went especially good with the dark rich chocolate cupcakes that were made with the Firestone 14.
