Pour at Snallygaster 2025. Poured a clear golden orange color with a small white head. Aroma was big tart peaches and nectarines. Funky, tart fruits, with a really light fruits - peach and nectarine. Juicy. Really nice.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle.
Aroma is fairly fruity with nice nectarine notes. Light grain notes and hints of lemon. Hints of alcohol. Faint oak.
Pours a pale, slightly hazy, yellow-gold with a small, fairly thin, white head that recedes quickly to the edges where it lingers a bit before disappearing. No lacing and faint legs.
Flavor has a medium light tartness and light sweetness with medium light grain notes. Medium low bitterness and hints of alcohol. Moderate notes of nectarine with hints of oak and lemon. Fairly dry, mineral finish.
Mouthfeel is medium light to light bodied and fairly crisp with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a solid fruited grisette. This beer highlights what SARA can do with fruit when they get it just right. Not too acidic, not overwhelmingly fruity. The fruit integrates nicely with the base beer. Nice mineral.notes from the water.

Bottle. Pours clear golden yellow, small white head good lacing. Aroma is really nice data bugs, oak, lemon, light stonefruit. Flaky is light tart, light plus funk. Super delicate fruit. This could easily pass for a Nonna. Light body. Wait, i do get more nectarine as it warms. Neat. Lovin it
