Evergreen

Draft at ??? Gothenburg. Translucent yellow golden coloured pour with a sticky loose off white head. Aroma is pulpy mango, orange, yeast, orange rind, juicy. Little yeasty. Flavour is composed of light grains peach, mango, lychee, little pine needle. Palate is medium full, moderate carbonation. Nice juicy hop. Good juicy hop character.

Draught @ The Rover. Pours very hazy pale goldenish yellow with a frothy and bubbly white head that leaves lots of thick trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity with crackers, grapefruit, pineapple, passion fruit, freshly cut grass, pine needles, minerals and lemon zest. Taste is bitter, fruity and grassy with crackers, grapefruit, passion fruit, freshly cut grass, pine needles, lemon balm, chives, minerals and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, slightly astringent and light bodied. Finish is bitter with crackers, grapefruit, passion fruit, grass, pine, chives, minerals and lemon zest. Bit too heavy on the evergreen which is probably due to freshness. Very tasty and the nose is really good!
