25/VIII/18 - sample @ BXL Beer Festival - BB: n/a (2018-1148) Thanks to the Belgian and Dutch Ratebeer crews for sharing today's beers!
Pretty cloudy orange beer, practically no head, little adhesive. Aroma: sweetish start, bit fruity, malty, caramel, some overripe banana and banana peel. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet, very yeasty, lots of ripe banana, banana peel, bit metallic, bit of an unpleasant bitterness. Aftertaste: sweetish, caramel, some vanilla, bitter touch, grains, banana peel.

At BXL festival. Cloudy orange brownish with off white head. Loads and loads of spicy rye, sugary, light alcohol, thick grainy notes, grassy hops. Massive rye indeed. Over medium sweet and bitter. Full bodied.

At BXL Festival. Hazy amber with white head. Sour grain, caramel, algae, raisans. Quite sweet and sour, moderate bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation. Not my style.
