[ As Pax Lab #11 Super Saison - Ginger & Lime ].Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, bubble gum, saison yeast, minerals, lime, ginger. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, minerals, bubble gum, giner, lime, saison yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160402] 6-3-6-3-13

Bottled thanks Zappa was Right! Clear copper colour, rich head. Gingery nose. Sweet with medium-full, body and rounded mouthfeel. Peppery honey, lots of ginger. Mid bitter finish. Ginger and honey dominates.

Tap@Malmö Öl & Whisky Festival, Malmö - fuzzy amber coloured pour with off white head. Floral and herbal hoppy notes, straw, hay, some citric lemon and lime notes, some very well judged ginger coming in but not overpowering, good stuff.
