Bottle, 4.5%. Good aroma, light caramel. Cloudy golden amber colour. Good stable off-white head. The flavour is fruity and yeasty with a spicy and caramelly hop note. Yeasty aftertaste.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy, slightly reddish golden with a rock solid, lacing white head with good retention. Weak aroma of nuts and citrus. Medium body, a hint of caramel but it's heavily attenuated so super dry. Lightly hoppy finish. Very drinkable. 190521

Draught @ the brewpub.Pours hazy orangeish amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of yeast and malt, with touches of caramel and hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour with sweetish notes of caramel malt and bread and mild acidic touches. Estery and malty aftertaste with acidic hints. Reasonable, although I am not a huge fan of Irish red ale.

Bottle 330ml. @ home in the conservatory.

[ As Ølluminati I.R. ale ].
ABV: 4.5%. Clear medium amber colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, sour malt - berry, light soured milk. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, caramel, sweet malt, berries, soured milk notes. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20200528]
