Picture Pot is a blend of three brews produced in May/June of 2017. One wort fermented in our coolship before maturation in oak, the other two entirely in barrel.

We dry-hopped the resulting pale beer withwhole leaf Celeia, EKG and Amarillo.

Drink young for fresh hop aromatics. If aged, expect increasing brettanomyces funk.

Now I wish I had bought two of each, one to age, because this is perfect fresh and aged I'm sure it'll be amazing too. Nice kick of chardonnay and cider notes on the finish, sweet light funk upfront, perfect morning vibes and hard to put down.

Bottle. Mills online. Light haze on a pale gold. Lively white foam is lasting and semi lacing. Nose has loads of mineraly white wine. Apple peel and pomace. Bretty oak. Floral and herbal hop leaf. Touch of shitty barn rounds things up nicely. Taste is tart and super juicy. Bright hop bitterness. Clean and crisp on the palate. Fine foamy carbonation. Juicy tart finish. Typically top tier.

Big bottle in the evening sun, 20th July 2021. Pours a deep clear golden orange. Aroma is funky, peach, farm yard, brett. Taste tart, sour, funky, barnyard, musty, it’s like a Cantillon really, complex, some honey. Excellent beer
