Primera cerveza de fermentación espontánea de Granizo, madurada en barricas de vino. Fermentada con nísperos y madurada nuevamente en barricas de vino. Posteriormente se refermentó con nísperos y se volvió a madurar en barricas de vino. Finalmente se maduró en botella por más de un año. Cuatro pacientes años ...Una Oda al tiempo!
Esta cerveza presenta marcadas notas a nísperos, en nariz y boca. Tiene baja carbonatación, producto de la fermentación espontánea, y tiene una sutil acidez acética que lo eleva todo ...complejamente refrescante!

ABV: 4.5%. Unclear light yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is tart, wheat, fruit - tart fruit - floral - assume loquats, citric, apricot - plum, funky. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a average to long duration, tart, wheat, funk, fruit - tart fruit - zesty fruit - floral, stone fruit - apricot - plum. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200208]
