Draught @ [ Malmö Öl & Whisky Festival 2016 ] @ Malmömässan, Mässgatan 6, Malmö, Sweden 21532. [ As Helsingborg Double IPL ].Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, goodr lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, tropical fruit, citrus - grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, candy - sweet malt, caramel, fruity hops, citrus - grass. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160402] 7-3-6-3-12

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear deep golden with a creamy and lacing white head. Intensely spicy almost herbal hop aroma - not really citrusy. Solid malty back bone, clean and soft on the palate, again this herbal hoppiness - I wonder what hops were used here - almost an anise note. Again a solid hop dose that leaves a bitter finish. 050116

Keg at SBWF. Hazy deep golden, small head. Peachy nose with grain and hay. Sweet and fruity with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Dough, peach and pepper. Mid bitter finish.

Sample at Systembolaget. A bit darker gold with a white head. Aroma and taste of hops, grapefruit, light perfume and hay. A bit straggly and not 100% clean but drinkable. The finish was bitter

Bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grapefruit hoppy aroma. Fruity malty grassy hoppy bitter grapefruit flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy hoppy bitter grapefruit finish.

330ml bottle with nihtila, jeevan & AshtonMcCobb. Pours clear amber gold, thin white head. Aromas of oranges, resiny, metallic. Taste is more of the same. Oily, bitter.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - golden with a proportionate head. Nose - big orange thing. Light herb. Taste - more of the same. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy yet tangy texture, and a dry tangy finish. Overall - interesting for a lager.
