Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with a small, off-white head. Yeast, banana and clove aroma. Thick and almost syrupy texture, very fruity and flowery with distinct banana notes. Faint underlying tartness. 160326

Recht ordentliche 5,5 % Alk. Schaumentwicklung nicht so besonders. Könnte am eher geringen Kohlensäuregehalt liegen. Für ein helles Weißbier recht malzig. Gekochte Früchte kommen knapp dahinter. Leicht florale Nuancen. Ein winziger Hauch von angebranntem Karamell. Nicht uninteressant, zündet bei mir aber nicht zu 100 %.

Draught, taster. Sampled on the 24/11/2018 at Union Brauerei, Bremen (Germany). Slightly cloudy yellow colour with a medium off-white head. Aroma is banana, sweet malts, coriander and some wheat. Taste is yeasty with presence of banana and some coriander. Finish is medium sweet and slightly fruity. Next one please!

Wheaty, fruity and spicy yeasty aroma, sweet-ish notes of banana, some clove, a touch of orange. Taste is sweet-ish wheaty, notes of banana, a touch of orange, orange zest; slightly monotonous.
