17/01/2020. Cask at the 11th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Pours clear bright amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of fruit, hops, malt, caramel and a touch of spice. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Sweet fruity finish.

ABV: 5.5%. Unclear medium yellow - amber orange colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, toasted, fruity, vanilla notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20191205]
