Tap at the Topsham brewery. A golden yellow straw coloured pour with a small white head that fades. Aroma is mellow spicy phenols, clove, straw, rubber. Flavour is composed of earthy grains, straw, spicy, twist of lemon, butter herbs I. The finish. Palate is light, crisp, earthy, moderate carbonation. Decent.

Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, fruity yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, saison yeast, fruity yeast, wheat, spicy, yeast, minerals.
