Bottiglia @ Golosaria 2015, Milano. L’intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è considerevole. Il cappello è di schiuma compatta e cremosa, a bollicine fini. La frizzantezza ha bollicine fini, con carbonazione abbondante, vivace, persistente e insistita. La consistenza del liquido è limpida. Il colore è giallo torbido. Il corpo è pieno. L’amaro è moderato. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è godereccio. Il finale è lungo e complesso.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Cloudy golden, brief head. Fruity nose with red berries and brie. Sweet with medium-full body and soft mouthfeel, low carbonation. Sugar, dough and marzipan. Mild spicy hops. Honeyish warming finish.

Bottle, Sirmione, Lago di Garda. Pours hhazy golden with a white head, light yeasty floaties. Aroma of malt, yeast, sweet fruit, figs, caramel. Flavor is light sweet, malty, caramel, yeast, figs, light alcohol. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, light sweet finish. 210815

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles’s place. Thanks Yoav. Cloudy yellow with tiny floaties. Fruity aroma, a bit sourish and overripe. Sweetish flavor with fruit compote, a light tart hint, and a light spicy hint. Medium-bodied.
