16oz can gushed. Pours yellow, translucent, a ring of white head. Big salty nose, season salt, lemon, green grape, nettles, straw. Flavor amps it up, lemony, raw grape, raw fall fruits. Very salty. Lemony finish, briny, tart, nearly full bodied. Didn't love the first sip but it grew on me.

$11 pounder from the Appalachian fridge. Is this a bit overpriced? Served a couple days later in a mojito glass at home. Tall & quick soda head. Murky yellow-green, active pour. Sidra funk nose. Sour kiwi. A bowl of fruit going bad. Sour plum, muscadine sweet n sour, sidra/melon twang, cider vinegar. Becomes more rindy & less Sidra as it warms. More minerally & almost salty too. Juicy. Fizzy & keeps it's carbonation. A pleasant wheaty note pops through on bigger gulps & gives it meaning. As it continues to warm it gasses off & somehow gets drier & positively bitter. Too little too late maybe. Mildly better than your average raw cider that's starting to turn, it offers some nuance with borrowed patience.
