Single hopped Pale ale that explores the magnificent Mosaic. It's name is earned from its multi faceted nature, with a plethora of flavours coming together to form one glorious picture. There's everything in here from sharp citrus and tropical fruits to resinous pine. Mosaic remain the most complex and rewarding hop that we've brewed with. Yet.

Bottle at home in London - sourced from Bottle Shop Bermondsey. Pours mostly clear, deep gold with a frothy white head. The nose holds nice pissy mosaic, pale bread, peach, citrus. Light-medium sweet flavor with a nice and juicy hop profile, some dry pale malts, apricot, minerals, pine needles. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Nicely balanced on the finish, with further citrus fruits, nectarine, peach, apricot, satisfying piney bitterness. This is excellent overall. Really nice hop character comes through, and then it dries out well in the finish. This beer restores some of my faith in Wiper and True.

Bottle from Beer Gonzo. It pours hazy orange-amber with a small white head. The nose is full of sweet tropical fruits....mango, peach, tinned pineapple, pine, light spice and earth. The taste is bitter, pineapple, passion fruit, grapefruit peel, orange muffin, earth, dried mango, light spice, brown bread and resin with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, pricky carbonation. Balanced and rather fruity. Very nice indeed.

Bottle courtesy of Peter Fowler, Shoulder of Mutton, Wantage, Oxon, (cheers Peter!) consumed at home Monday 7th July 2014 Golden in colour with a very decent white sticky head, clear as a bell. Nice aroma a little soft fruit, in fact not just that it is really tropical as well. Really very pleasant, only my second from this brewery but very impressed once again. A8 A4 T8 P4 Ov16 4.0
