Can from Beer Republic. A bit sweet with dark malt, coffee, some chocolate. Light roasty notes, more sweetish dark malts. Medium body.

Can from Beer Republic. Black with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate and licorice. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. Soft. 240523

Tap. Dark brown, coffee foam. Aroma: caramel, chocolate, candy, a little nutty and halva. Burnt barley taste, slightly sour, caramel, a little coffee and chocolate.

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7

Appearance: opaque deep brown to black with a decent tan head. Nose: roast, coffee, chocolate. Taste: roast, coffee, chocolate, light earth. Medium dry to light sweet. Light ending bitterness. Palate: medium minus body, average carbonation. Overall: good stout, an expensive one.
