Can. An unclear yellow beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, hops, spices, pine, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, lemons, spices, and malt, leading to a bitter finish. A bit raw.

Can. Denali, Nelson Sauvin, Lotus, Barba Rouge and Mosaic Cryo. Hazy orange gold beer, decent off white head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, a light creamy sweetness. Nice hop profile. Juicy fruits, quite a tightly integrated melange, but the creamy orange of Lotus and the light red berry fruits of Barbe Rouge and some slightly ripe Denali pineapple emerging. Perhaps a touch of Nelson grape. A nice level of hop spice runs throughout. Smooth finish. Very good stuff. Really enjoyed every gobfull of this well thought out hop fest and I was somewhat startled to find I had snaffled the lot in no time at all.
