Tap. Shakespeare’s, Sheffield. Label states “aged a year in the keg”. Pale gold. Light haze. No head. Looks like cider. Smells not unlike cider, too. Definitely notes of apple skin. Light bretty character. Some hedgerow fruit. Touch of funk. Smells great. Taste is well balanced sweet and lightly sour. Clean on the palate. Fine carbonation. Drinks like a cider / white wine hybrid. Good gear.

Bottle from Beer Central, Sheffield. Major gusher. It more os less exploded out of the bottle. Glad it was only a 33 cl. Not much beer left though. Hazy yellow without head. Aroma is sweet, malty, flowers and bretty. Flavor is light sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. A shame so little was left of it, which does detract from the overall experience. 201019
