(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, slightly reddish amber colour with a big but quickly diminishing tanned frothy head. Slightly dusty, berry- and citrus-fruity hoppy aroma with delicately toasted malty accents and shades of caramel. Mildly sweet flavour, light bodied, slightly fizzy on the tongue. Dry-ish and slightly toasted malt character with present fruity notes of dark and red berries; dry and mildly bitter finish with fruity notes and a whiff of caramel. 22.VI.17

0,33 l bottle from Heimathaven, Oldenburg. Opened the cap and totally gushing. I was able to capture a small rest for my rating. Pale amber in the glass. Nose is malty, some fruity sweetness. Taste is low malts, fruity sweetness, some hop with low bitterness in the background. Scratchy. Maybe I had a higher rating, If I had get a full glass or bottle ...

Lahev: Hazy, rusty-amber coloured, barely a head to speak of; dryish fruity and malty nose, some hops far away in the background; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, relatively light bodied for a beer of 5.0%, a bit tart; malty - but not sweet - finish with an increasing bitterness towards the very end. Nothing wrong with it, but surely not my cup of tea…
