Hand-pulled half-pint on 12th April 2023; Market Tavern, Durham. Pale amber body, clean and clear, on top a weak white covering. Bland really, there were some light citrus aromas and flavours, alongside a malty trace and a floral hint, but all a bit subdued to be honest.

From cask at The Monument before climbing the actual monument with Terje 12.03.22. Clear pale golden. Some white head and lacing. Aroma abd taste of pale malt and overripe citrus and dried tropical fruits. Not great.

30/10/2019. Cask at the Station Hotel, Ipswich. Pours clear pale amber with a small creamy off-white head. Aroma of fruit, malt, hops, light caramel and floral notes. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily and watery texture, soft carbonation. Bitterness picks up a little in finish which improved it. Not the worst GK beer I’ve had.

Cask at the Crown, Hazlemere, 06/03/18. Clear golden with a decent white head that retains well. Nose is pale malts, grains, mellow fruit esters, straw. Taste comprises GK house yeast .... as always, light fruit loaf, airy malts, grass. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, thin body. Sub par bitter ... bland and boring.
